My wife and I were very impressed by Shiv's local track record and suggestions for how to maximize the value of our house, so it was an obvious decision to use him as our selling agent. That was followed by an impressively fast 3 weeks of cost-effective renovations throughout the house to make it look current and updated before it was put onto the market. The renovations and staging made it look truly beautiful. Photos, video, virtual tour and floor plans were all generated and the property was advertised. In addition to multiple private showings by buyer agents, Shiv and his team organized 2 open houses that were attended by well over 100 prospective buyers. We received an amazing 15 offers and ended up accepting an offer that was well above asking. All in a low market. We couldn't have asked for Shiv and his team to do any more than they did.
