Enchanted Limousine

I had an amazing experience with Carl and Enchanted Limousine. I originally booked with another company and they cancelled on me a month before my wedding. Carl helped me to organize all the cars with great pricing. He is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. All the cars arrived early/ on time. I can’t say enough good things about them! They are absolutely incredible.

Carl was just Awesome, Very attentive and Personable, the Grads had a Blast, driving thru Stanley Park, with Carl stopping along the way , he took over 250 AWESOME Pictures, can't say enough good things about his service, will Definitely use ENCHANTED LIMOUSINE again

If you’re not hiring Enchanted limousine for your special day, I don’t know what you’re doing. Carl went over the top to take care of us during our wedding day and was a delight to work with ever since our first interaction over the phone. He truly was the MVP and is the epitome of customer service. I would give more stars if I could. Carl, we don’t deserve you! Thank you so much for taking care of our group and making the day so special.

Carl provided amazing customer service in advance of our booking and throughout the day. We booked his services for my son's wedding. Based on the couple's schedule, Carl made multiple trips (bride and bridesmaids first to get ready at the venue, followed by the groom and groomsmen) to ensure everyone arrived at the right time. He worked around our schedule, including picking up the newlyweds at midnight from the venue. He was always on time! He is easy to work with, kind and professional. The limo we had was clean and had great speakers to connect our music (bluetooth). I wouldn't hesitate booking with him in the future and highly recommend him to others. Thank you Carl for playing a part in making it a special day!

Carl is the absolute best! He puts his clients first and he will remember you (even if it’s been 4 years - the photo is us realizing it’s us and how long it’s been). You will be very lucky to have him as your driver, he will take great care of you and will make sure your experience in Vancouver is one to remember!

Great person . amazing service could not ask for better serivce they did my 10 year old birthday party on oct 23 and wooow beyond what i was expected kids had a great time took there job to heart made my daughter feel so special with her friends!!! This was our second time using Enchanted Limousine, and it definitely won’t be our last. The first time was for a 16th birthday and the kids had a blast. Carl look Pictures for the kids and made sure they had a great night. This time was for a graduation. He showed up a bit early and took pictures of the grads with their families and then headed out to take them to Stanley park for more pictures. We got a USB stick full of pics of the kids down at Stanley park in their dresses That Carl took and edited for us. Both times the kids have come back saying how great Carl is. Carl is amazing, he cares about his clients and ensures they are having fun. He has a great personality and you can tell he loves what he does and loves people. We will definitely continue to use Carl anytime we need a limo.

Enchanted limo was fair in pricing. Driver was friendly and professional. Car was well-maintained, clean, and well-appointed with glasses and water in cooler hold. I would highly recommend this limo company.

So many choices for Limo companies in the lower mainland. Enchanted was by far the best service, fastest response and coolest limo! They were very fast to respond with a quote. They were on time and super friendly. We were even finished at our event early and Carl was able to come pick us up earlier than requested! I know that is based on availability but sure was nice to catch a ride when we were ready. The Enchanted Limo was super nice and definitely newer. Although they were not available for our ride to the event (only return) they have an agreement and work closely with another company and were able to arrange our ride down with no problems at all. Super accommodating. If you're stuck on what company to choose, due to the many choices out there, you won't be disappointed with Enchanted Limo. Carl and Julie are great!!
