This Tim's skimpy on meat. Orders a sandwich from there that had two pieces of turkey on it. Went to hartzel road Tim's. They still give out 5 pieces of turkey on the sandwich. Don't waste your money at tremont Tim's. Top photo tremont. Bottom photo hartzel. The person who owns tremont Tim's is either a cheap clown, or is unaware this is happening. Although the lady at the counter told me it was policy at this store. So I'm assuming cheap clown

I was really a soar experience that we had at the Tim Hortons today. I was in the drive-thru with my husband in the car and we ordered 2 small coffees one muffin and 2 donuts. One of the donut was birthday cake, and when I opened the donut box I was shocked as I saw a BEE inside the box sitting on the donut. We parked the car and walked inside the restaurant to show it to the staff, and my husband started recording it from the time we started walked from the car to the restaurant. In side the Tim Hortons I asked for the manager who was walking to the cash counter. She open the donut box and was shocked to see the BEE as well, and throw the box in the garbage bin. The manager offered a replacement of the donut which we accepted and received one, but she started objecting on the recording. She seemed not caring about the BEE in the food, but had trouble with recording of the event even the camera was not rolling anymore. It started getting into the argument from her instead of resolving the issue and move forward. She talked about the policy and rules that we argued back with What about the Customer service policy and providing food to the customers without bugs and insects" one of the worker came forward and started staring at us and when my husband asked for the reason of his this kind of behavior the manager said

Ordered the last chocolate toasted coconut donut on the shelf today and paid for it. While waiting for my order I saw an employee took the last donut and went inside. I was told there wasn’t any toasted coconut left. Ended up getting a croissant instead. What happened to my donut?!

Had to repeat my order 6 times, VERY rude staff. Just like other Tim hortons they give me my stuff before giving change back as I’ve drive off before forgetting that I’m still getting atleast $10 back, thieves if anything.

Bought the NEW loaded cilantro lime chicken bowl".Staff skimps on the portions.Picture on menu shoes a full bowl brimming to the top. The actual serving in the bowl is below the lip of the bowl. Basically misleading advertisements meant to seduce you into buying the product and shortchanged you on product .Food tasted good but was shortchanged on quantity ."

I am a regular at Tim hortons but never experienced this poor service with such rude behaviour. I had to go back to get this servers’s name GURAMAR to put this review. First of all she took the entire order with lot of attitude as if she was doing a favour to do her job and i let it slide cause may be she was having a bad day. When i received the order I informed her one of the coffee was misplaced as hot. In response she literally ordered me to hand it over to her and kept on saying “ YOU ASKED FOR COFFE BUT DID NOT SAY COLD COFFE” she was very insistent the whole time as if i made a huge mistake by asking for the right order. i mean why on earth you will assume when your job is to take a simple order, she could simply ask to confirm instead of assuming and arguing. She literally rolled her eyes with so much agitation to replace with the right order. It’s alright if you misplace an order but why this rude behaviour in response? AWFUL EXPERIENCE! VERY VERY RUDE! Never going back

Would do 0 stars if I could. Seems like all the good staff is gone. The staff there is horrible doesn't listen to orders... have to repeat myself 5 to 8 times for them to type it in correctly. My drink is not complicated either! (Legit... steeped tea with skim milk) . Horrible customer service when I call. Last straw was an order was placed, all 3 items given were wrong, I called and told them they said my name would be on the wall, went over to get the correct item replacements and I was told I was not on the wall.. was told I could use the drive thru for the replacement order, the girls at the window/box demanded I go inside.... rude. Horrible.. snotty.. my entire family (multiple daily visits each) are not returning here.

Food was good, but service was terrible. I came here several times, this time was the worst. I placed my order online, picked up in store. I thought this way would be faster than drive thru. There were two people took care of drive thru orders, one person took care of in store orders, but no one took care of in store pick up orders. I waited long time, people who ordered later than me all got their food but me. I asked them, then they made my order without any apology or smile.
