Absolutely terrible customer service (in the office). The drivers are great, I can't say enough good things about them, but their GM, Tammy, is absolutely terrible. I've been trying to contact her for 2 months now, left messages, a few emails, and I have heard NOTHING back. She is completely useless and incompetent. How do you run a business without responding to your customers??

If there was an option for negative stars, Cintas would have it. Same story as everyone else, the reps outright lie to get you to sign on. They don't deliver yet still charge you (they ran out of mats in the middle of December?!). Good luck reaching customer service, when you finally do, they're awful.. More lies. And let's not forget destruction of property, theft, and fraud.

ZERO STAR RATING - Horrendous customer service! Scam artists at their best! They ignored me just long enough to pass the 60 day BS written notice deadline to terminate our contract and now are trying to force another 5 years down my throat. I don't know how they sleep at night. It's sad that they prey on small businesses and apparently don't have souls.

Cintas is the absolute worst company to deal with. They abused us and ripped us off several times. They cheated us and even gave us products that were expired and old. The product sales manager forced us into a contract and we wish no one ever deals with them. Their reps are super unprofessional and rude. Never again.

Worst company in the world to deal with. They never deliver what you initially contract them to do and they charge your credit card 10 times what the actual invoice is. If you ask for refund, no body in the company will talk to you. Horrible service, dishonesty and very unprofessional. Stay away from them!

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Prepare to be overcharged and then be told they’re out of this and out of that (but they’ll still bill you for it)Good luck getting an answer or refund if they overcharge or under-deliver your order.Absolutely terrible.

From working at two different companies in the area, I have always experienced great service from Santiago and Abe. Great smiles and always a joy when they come in. Polite and they work hard to keep everyone satisfied. Thank you both for the great work

Salespeople and Manager are irresponsible and they can't fulfill their promise on providing expected services. Moreover, it's really hard to reach out to the sales manager. i sent out several emails and gave several calls to them but NEVER GOT RESPONSE. Disappointed

My company receives the mat and bathroom supply services from Cintas and we’ve had a great experience with them. Our service rep John is always very pleasant, on time and accommodating to our changing needs. Any inventory hiccups or service issues have always been resolved in a timely manner. Keep it up guys.
