Mike and Serge were amazing. What seemed overwhelming and impossible to fit on one truck, they did that and more!! they turned a very stressful situation for us into a good experience. I will be calling them again when i must clear out a storage unit. Great Work guys!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They told me they could remove a treadmill for me and showed up to the job completely unprepared. They also caused SUBSTANTIAL damage to my basement. They got motor oil from the treadmill all over my carpet. I had to pay for carpet cleaning and ended up having to get my carpet replaced. Junk Doctor did pay for it but I contacted them again and showed them photos of damages to my walls and they offered no solution. The walls need to be replastered and fully re-painted. DO NOT trust this company to remove any piece of equipment from your home. I wish I had gone with a professional moving company.

Absolutely amazing, fast on time and extremely personable and easy to work with. Excellent price we'll be using them and referring them 100% in the future. Cleared my rental unit out under an hour almost filing a whole truck.

Was looking to have a very heavy electronic, adjustable bed frame removed from second floor, which included having to awkwardly maneuver it over a balcony. Was quoted about 4x more at another place than what Junk Doctor quoted me. Junk Doctor came in, and the team was very pleasant and professional. They took the time to take apart the frame, watch was a lot easier than expected. They also took other items we were going to throw and included it in the original price because the frame was so easy to take a part. Definitely will go with them again -- they are honest, easy to book and do the job well. Mike is super easy to connect with was able to book online and a follow up email.

Junk Doctor did an excellent job for me. I needed some items removed in Calgary but I am in BC so I was stressed out trying to make it work. My wife hired Mike and his crew to clear some junk out of her brother's apartment in Calgary before he moves to Kelowna. He has a lot of stuff and they removed quite a bit and will probably have to come back. My brother in-law found them to be very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable. Would highly recommend considering we made all the arrangements by phone.
