Lauren doesn't just do" hair

Lauren is the best. I’ve found it difficult to find a great hairdresser for my curly hair in the kootenays so Lauren is a dream come true. She never disappoints, I completely trust her skill and am always a very happy costumer:)

I never have liked to get my haircut but I’ve been here twice in the past 3 months! I love it so much. Lauren is super nice and makes me feel comfortable to tell he what I want. I got so many compliments on my hair <3

My hair is red when I wanted brown and blonde balayge hair. Lauren was very unorganized and seemed confused and she kept dropping things and I believe she used the same comb on me as someone else, very sloppy, she didn't even have time to sweep floors with hair. I was quoted 200 dollars including a color cut and curl, she had no time to curl after she was behind and still charged me 200 dollars, it took 3.5 hrs, she only trimmed my hair which I wanted a trim but 200 dollars, i am very unhappy with my hair, I had three pictures with me and my hair looks nothing like them, I want to cry, I didn't want to be a redhead, my hard earned money down the drain......now I have to pay more to get it fixed in a few weeks. Would not recommend...I wish Ule was still owned the place, she was great, when she did my hair it was perfect and not red.

Lauren is the best! She is an amazing stylist. I am totally impressed with Lauren's creative ability in cutting hair and she is a hair colour and highlights goddess!

Lauren cut my extensions that I bought for my wedding. I don’t usually wear them so I had no idea what to do with them. I had originally went to Nelson and to get them trimmed but they did not blend with my hair at all since they were cut on a chair. Lauren put them in my hair and then cut them while leaving my own hair. The result was great, they blended so well that the hairstylist at my resort complemented them and how much better they looked than what she typically sees.
