Literally the worst customer service ever. The guy who was helping me both times I went in was incompetent. Did not solve any of my issues either time I went in and took 30+ minutes both times. When I googled my issue at home after being in the store, the solution was on the first website to come up. The girl in training was very nice but the guy in there is awful.

Gio and the rest of the team bring customer service to a whole new level. Gio was willing to stay more than an hour past closing time to help us complete an issue with Rogers. Totally impressed with how incredibly helpful Gio was not just in the store but afterwards via email too.
