Today I went for my haircut appointment and I waited for 10 mints. I had a appointment with a girl she talked to me so rudely and told me to wait here for another 10 mints. I again waited for 30 mints and then I went to talk to the receptionist she even didn’t knew that I had an appointment. Like you guys don’t write who booked an appointment or not.Nobody knows how to handle a customer, they will let you wait for 30-60 mints and then tell you Sorry we have a another client to serve.

I have been going there for a while now for getting my eyebrows done. Maninder does a great job doing my eyebrows and now I specifically ask for her to get it done. I highly recommend getting it done from her.

They are very unprofessional, no one gives you a towel before the head wash, they sprinkle all the water on your face.Then gives a cut of their own choice, doesn’t care what the customer wants. Or maybe they just treat the canadian/ white people in a better way, and doesn’t believe in treating others well. Though the staff was sweet, but services are zero.

I got a men's hair cut from this saloon.The hair stylist told me that I could come back if I need adjustment after few days.I went in for adjustment and to my surprise the owner charged me 20$ for this.I was surprised at this.I asked few stores namely - Hair stylists in garden city mall and some other stores near mcphillips area and they all said the adjustement does not cost extra.I felt deceived. The work ethics of the store owner is incredibly lousy.I realized in total I paid $55 including tips for just a hair cut.I wont be stepping my foot in this store again and will also ask my friends to shun it from their list.Highly disappointed as I went in there at reference of my cousin sister.P.S - In a service based business, A dis-satisfied customer is a nail in the business coffin.

After many failed attempts of finding a stylist to highlight my hair to my satisfaction, I decided to take a chance on Yaloo's. My stylist's name is Yalda and took the time to understand and communicate my needs and executed exactly what I asked for. The salon is very clean and well maintained.

I have come here for a few beauty treatments and each time I am very satisfied with the services. Starting with the shampoo (with relaxing scalp massage) to the finished end style, i am so amazed and get so many compliments from perfect strangers, other cosmetology professionals to friends and family. The stylist blends my hair to match my own hair color and always gets it right. If I need another treatment she will go out of her way to accommodate me. From manicures to eyelash extensions. Always professional and clean. I always feel so relaxed and beautiful after leaving this beauty salon.

I loved their service. I went for a haircut and just loved it. Highly recommended! Definitely gonna visit again.
