I've been to a lot of laundromats before, but this has to be the best one. They keep it clean, well maintained and it even has a bathroom! The people who maintain it/own it are friendly and work hard for their patrons. Seriously recommend this place for laundry needs.

The first thing that struck me about this facility was the cleanliness. The place is well kept, spacious and has washing machines to fit double, max and mega loads. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and suit the quality of the service you get. Overall, had good experience and I would go there again.

I've lived in the area for about 6 years and have always gone to this laundromat, since I have no laundry at my place. The facilities have always been clean and I have never had a problem. The new owners are very friendly and polite, as is the woman that works there full-time. She is always pleasant and happy to help. The one thing I would mention is that if you are going after 7 pm, when they leave if you need detergent, etc from the coin-operated machine is it takes a loonie.

Really clean , good prices, machines looked after

I used to go to this laundromat because of its cleanliness and reasonable prices for large load washers, however since the replacement of management and staff last year, I have stopped going because of the ridiculous $1.00 increase in the large load and absolutely rude staff member, a elderly south Asian lady. I walked in one day with a king sized comforter and was shocked by the sudden rise in prices. Even overall inflation hasnt increased the way the prices have in this place. I decided that I would go down the street and use the washer at another nearby laundromat. Keep in mind, I walked in quietly with my items, and attempted to walk out in the same fashion, until I was called out by the lady at the front desk, questioning why I did not want to use the washer. I simply stated that the price was not what I was expecting and that I would not need to use their washer. I was baffled that I was being questioned. Her response to me was that she had the lowest price and began to argue. For what though? I hadn't complained, hadn't shown my disapproval and was leaving without a word. The previous management was so nice and friendly. This lady stares you down as if you're going to shove a washing machine in your laundry basket and walk out. Fornutaely for me I have a washing machine and dryer at home and occasionally wash bigger items at laundromats. But it's saddening to see small successful community businesses take advantage of local residents by squeezing every 'quarter' out of your shirt or pant pockets. This is a service business. Believe me, the service was terrible.

It’s good but the dryer sheet machine only takes loonies and there’s no way to get loonies because the coin machine only gives quarters. Also the coin machines steals your money sometimes.

Machines are not maintained, lost my coins and had to switch machines multiples of time to get a working one. Called thief phone multiple times and no answer. I WILL be taking them up with BBB, I hope they’re ready! It’s not just the lost coins there, it’s my time that I value most, and they need to pay for it.

My first visit to a coin laundromat in years and it was good. I won't rave about it, cuz, let's face it, it's a laundromat lol. However it was nice. It was clean, all my machines worked well, and the coin dispenser worked well also. I went between 1030-11am on a Friday and it wasn't too busy when I first got there, but started to fill up as I was leaving. People were polite and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the coin dispenser gave me a few tokens"

Machines rarely maintain and hardly accept coins. People come at the busy time with 10 plus bags and using the big machines for a few pieces of clothing that could easily fit in a small washer. People have no respect as well as thinking a little bit a laundry needs a warehouse. Come here right at 5am or near closing at 10 pm. You also do not need 50 plus minutes on dryers 40 to 45 is fine. Also people have to stop sparying chemicals because there still of afraid of covid then stay home. Chemicals make it worse for me because I have asthma. People stay here probably longer than at their own house it shouldn't take longer than 3 hours if it does go home.
