AMAZING! I work in the automotive industry myself but this service is superior to many dealerships I've dealt with before.They were able to get me in before anyone else, they make the best of an unfortunate situation of crashing my car, Goes above and beyond, kind people, fast professional and efficient, can't stress enough how much I recommend sobering automotive 100% customer focused! will be returning and sending anyone I know.

My clutch went on my 2001 VW Jetta. It had never worked right but when it finally fully went, we dropped it off on the weekend and it was fixed by Wednesday and worked better then ever since I owned the car. They kept me up to date on how much it might cost, how the repair was going and kept really close to my quote. I was very happy to have my car back and repaired so well. Thank you Sobering!!Just want to add I have now been there for 3 issues with my car and each time I get great service, quick and car always so much happier when they are done. I had my 2008 Dodge Charger dashboard deck completely replaced in a Reasonable amount of time and a professional manner.

Went here for an MPI direct repair claim. Did a great job of getting all the parts and the auto body work looks great! They were friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend going here for your claims and other work.

In the last couple month I have had to take both my vehicles with MPIC claims to Sobering. In both cases the work was great, and staff were a pleasure to deal with. I have no complaints and would highly recommend Sobering to all family and friends.

I feel the need to voice my opinion on all of the negative reviews as of late, I'll start by saying we take pride in our workmanship, we treat our customers the way we would like to be treated. It seems we have an individual or individuals unknown to us posting negative reviews against our company and the owner of Sobering Automotive. Just so everyone knows, the owner doesn't get involved in the day to day operation of the service department, the department is run by myself with the help from our staff, we are not out to rip people off as these recent reviews are stating. I am working with Google to remove these false reviews. I would like to take this time to thank all of our customers for your support and patronage.

I’ve been going to Sobering Auto for a number of years for both sales and services. I cannot say enough about the professional and friend service I receive all the time. I have taken my vehicle there for general maintenance, accident damage and warranty work. Always beyond satisfied with the work that was done. The Sobering staff is polite, knowledgeable, friendly.
