They refuse to answer their phone and you can't leave a message. That's poor business sense.

They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Places like the smoke shop shows who the real knowledgeable people are in the marijuana industry as they have been doing this for years before legalization.

Sorry but the staff dont know their products very well at all . After being a loyal customer for the better part of a year .I was sold a faulty product and was told there is nothing that can or could be done. After visiting another vape store ,I was given more helpful information in 5 minutes then I received at this shop in 8 months . Just bad customer policy.

Clean with lotta of selection for both vape and weed, the store is clean and will kept, staff is informed and helpful with their products.

Nor good price or options

This store is a trooper! Stays open until 10pm all the time. Open on some of the holidays I thought, oh man

This store's service was really terrible and left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. The attitude of the waiters made me feel neglected and unwelcome, and their eyes conveyed a sense of contempt and disdain, as if I were an insignificant customer. When I asked them to exchange the item, they impatiently refused and even threatened that I could only return it the next day. I was really angry and felt that this kind of attitude was simply disrespectful to customers. I don't think I'll ever come back to this store again.

Phone scamers have the technology to make phone call look to be coming from any number like local police station number and say your SIN have been compromised, there is arrest warrant against you. Your bank accounts will be sealed today. You can take some money from your bank account and deposit that in a safe police wallet. 2,3 persons will talk to you. They will send you to deposit money in this machone that goes to scan code of the scammer by Bitcoin. Police will refuse to lodge your complain. Think govt should spend money to advertise to public these scams with caller ID changed, by putting one roadside banner in Moncton. Govt may be try to put more resources to try to catch these scammers.
