As my French is very poor, I used the app so that communication would be easier. However, that only made things more difficult. One staff member was very rude and told me I should have asked sooner and not waited in line as it was already ready, but I was following the instructions of the first staff who told me to wait until my name was called (it never was).

Horrible..managers sitting back while young inexperienced staff were left to their own devices. .took 20 minutes in a empty resto ti get an u toasted uncut bagel with cream cheese to bring home..first they cut it.and toasted it..then served it to write f person..then on the 3rd time..girl asked if I wanted butter..lol..butter on an uncut bagel??wasn't the kids fault..no supervision..took 15 minutes for manager to notice there was a problem..

35min drive through for 1 coffee and 2 bagels... At the window, we noticed that despite the long delay, they had not even started the bagels yet so we had to wait another 3 or 4 min while they made them.... That would explain such a long delay. Not going back.

Spent almost 30min at drive through for coffee ... Inside was packed and line looked even longer - not the quick coffee pit stop one expects going to Timmies
