Dinh Wellness Centre (Naturopathy, Sports and Thai Massage Therapy)

This place has honestly saved my life. I’ve been having chronic back and neck pain being an ICU nurse for the last 15 years. Approximately a year and half ago i tore my rotator cuff, been going to physio twice a week since then and still only a temporary relief in my pain. I also go to chiropractor at some point, once every 2-3 weeks then massage as well but everything was only relieving the pain and not curing it. Was told by my physio therapist that I’ll have to do this forever as a maintenance, then i discovered Dinh wellness centre.I’ve had a total of 4 treatments and have to say I feel pain free. The Naturopath there is very thorough and knowledgeable. He has great hands in massaging, finding the right area and treating it. I’ve had Acupressure, cupping, massage and fascial releases as well as stretches.I’ve also had the superfood blends, tried them all and my all time favourite is the beetroot. Providing me with nutritious value daily.Thank you and i highly recommend this wellness centre.

I've been a nurse for going on 7 years now. I have developed shoulder pain over the years from constant strain and bad body mechanics. It took two sessions to heal my shoulder. I couldn't believe it since the pain use to keep my up at night. I didn't think it was possible.

I had a great experience at Dinh Wellness Centre . Michael and his team are super friendly, helpful and very professional. I had the BEST deep tissue massage ever by Sydney. It felt like she knew exactly where all of my knots and tension was . Very relieving for my neck and shoulders . I have been working as a mechanic for over 20 years suffering from aches and pains all over my body . If I knew about this place sooner , I would have started these treatments a long time ago. Great atmosphere , I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who’s in a lot of pain and or has muscle tension .

Excellent service, Michael is very professional and knowledgeable. Also, his goal is to educate the patient in how they can maintain their body wellness, as opposed to having to come back for treatment over and over. I highly recommend coming for a tune-up.

I first came to see Michael about 3 weeks ago for severe lower leg and foot pain ( chronic plantar fascitis) for the last several years and it got really bad in the past year ! , I could barely walk for 5 mins without having excruciating pain under my right foot ! I've seen several physiotherapist, chiropractors and nothing helped! After 2 treatments with Michael , I was amazed with the results !!! I went from 10/10 PAIN to now barely feeling anything at all ! I can do daily walks for almost 2 hours without pain, which is a first time in years ! I highly recommend Michael to anybody who needs help with pain !

My father-in-law has been seeing Mike for the last few months for work on his shoulder/back and OMG what a difference! I’ve been seeing the Naturopath here for a few months now and it has been absolutely life changing ! He listens to my issues and really takes his time to address the root cause of where my pain is coming from . I was in excruciating Pain and limping every day from a condition called gout. After about 6-7 treatments , I no longer have any pain in my foot and don’t have to take any pain killers .I had tried everything from house remedies to doctor prescription pills! He also provided you with GREAT tips and advice, for future discomfort and shooting pains! I would also recommend seeing his team of massage therapists as well , one of the best massages I’ve ever had for deep tissue work and releasing knots in my shoulder .
