Solus offer up some outstanding products, sure you can buy cheaper but you will not receive the quality that Solus provides. I have had my 26 firepit for almost 6 years now and it has seen 5 winters and it still looks and operates like brand new. I have recently got back in touch with Solus to convert my firepit to natural gas and the Solus Tech team pulled up my original order and have the exact conversion kit I require in stock and will be mailed out to me which I will receive in a couple of days. We checked out other competitors in the market and we are very pleased we chose the Solus Decor firepit. Looks good in pictures, but even better in person. Made of real concrete, not the cheap ones from overseas and all are handcasted and cured locally. The details and finish are also way better and not even close. You have to see it to believe it. The customer experience was top notch from sales to delivery. But what I love the most is this amazing firepit is made in BC. Highly recommended and we are glad we looked around before we made a decision

I highly recommend the Solus Decor outdoor firepit. It's stylish and has a very sleek design. The finish is superior as compared to other cheaper ones. It surely creates a wonderful atmosphere to our outdoor space. Look no further, 100% made in Canada.

We looked at every fire pit available that we could find and ended up ordering a Solus Hemi Firebowl. We were looking for something that would blend in nicely to the patio but also wanted a flame big enough to actually provide some warmth, so form and function were important. We absolutely love the elegance of the design and the quality of the workmanship. It is two years old now and still looks like new. More expensive but worth every penny and the service they have provided (we lost our gas key and they sent two more at no charge) has been equally first rate.

Great products but also great support and timely shipping. The clean lines and great colors first attracted me to the Solus fire bowls and water features, we have employed both in our projects. Roy and Matt were extremely helpful in diagnosing a problem with my linear fireplace.They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had other gas fitters involved in the diagnosis and was left unsure of the problem. Ray and Matt were able to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it in mins. Absolutely love my 36” Hemi Fire Bowl which I purchased from Solus Decor when landscaping my backyard. It has transformed the space into a beautiful oasis where family, friends, pets, and neighbours gather. Not only is the Fire Bowl a heat source but a beautiful piece of art. I’m now considering a water feature from Solus to further complement the space. I’m glad to support a local Vancouver company and a product made in Canada. The customer service has been excellent from start to finish.
