Unfortunately my experience at this location was not good. I normally like Denny's but too many things go wrong at this location, including ordering through UberEats. Dining in, it took forever to get our food and there was only one or two other people in the restaurant so I didn't understand that. There was nothing wrong with the food. It was all good. But our server was very rude when it came time to use my gift card, which they even advertise on the wall at that location. I asked about the card before we even ordered. I had gone there to specially use the gift card that was supposedly waiting for me from the owner at the desk (this was gesture to make up for all the bad/incorrect/sloppy UberEats orders). The server came back and told me it wasn't there and to come back at a different time even though we were already sitting down. I asked them to please check again. They found the card. After our meal, the server came back to us and said we couldn't use the gift card because they didn't know how to imput it with the register and there was no management there to help. I said sorry but we came all the way here to use this gift card, please find another way. I had a $25 gift card and she tried to give me a bill that she said gave me 20% and tried to convince me it was the same amount off. She argued with me even though my math was correct. It was about $20 more than my bill should have been. I kept saying no, this is incorrect. She rolled her eyes and got upset but went to the cash with another server to try and figure it out again. She came back again with an incorrect bill. Finally the only way they could imitate the gift card was to charge me for two drinks (which created almost the correct bill total). All in all, this was a horrible experience, the server was rude even though it was their fault and made us comfortable. All servers should be trained on how to properly accept gift cards, especially since there is a huge advertisement for them inside the restaurant.

It sounds like an exaggeration but our server Sham was the most attentive server I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding when I say drinks were on our table within a minute of ordering them. He was so friendly and checked on us often but without it being too often. Sham’s manager was also pleasant. The restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. We will be back!

5 stars for the service and the staff attention. The food was good and maintaining the same taste or quality from other stores, but in this unit what would make me return was the service. Fast and courteous, from the manager to the table staff. I’ve been in other Denny’s stores and this is the first time I leave fully satisfied with the quality of the service I received. Kudos to Sham who was excellent.

First time visiting a Denny’s, it is a classic diner-style restaurant. While the food may not be the most exciting or gourmet, it was satisfactory. Lots on the menu to choose from.However, what really sets this dining experience apart was the service, we had a great server. She was fantastic beginning to end.Overall, if you're looking for a no-frills meal in a comfortable setting, Denny's is a solid choice. And if you happen to have a server like mine, even better!

Aewsome food, great value, taste amazing.The staff is very pleasant and always looking for any need, you will never be empty coffee or water, very good service.Have to add a little more for the food, really taste like home, best place to fill any great food needs.Will definitely come back and recommend it!!!

First time at Denny's ( St. Claire & Runnemede). Sarah was terrific, fast, efficient & pleasant. The food was good, the service was prompt, and will come back again.

We came to celebrate Eid and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and waiters and waitresses are great at their service and committed. Every food and drink tasted amazing. Needra was very patient and friendly and we definitely will be coming back to celebrate more.

I always enjoy a meal at Denny's. I don't get there for breakfast often, but when I do, I need a Slam! Pancakes are always delicious. And I appreciate the little things - like a syrup bottle with a gentle, controlled flow for the perfect drizzle. Keep up the great work!
