Very satisfied with my experience there yesterday. I was registered and brought in right away. My Bone Density test was very good, the technologist was very informative and very respectful. Highly recommend.

I did not have an appointment , but my family physician had sent in a requisition for my X-ray. Marion the receptionist was very kind and efficient, I didn’t have to wait very long and the technician understood that I have Parkinson’s disease and helped me position! A very positive experience!

I was first to arrive, right at 8:00 am. Registered, seen a doctor, had my issues addressed, referred to a nurse practitioner for possible palliative care, accessible parking permit form completed, requisition for x-ray form filled out and I even had the x-ray completed in the same building and on my way home in less than 2 hours!!! Great and efficient service and staff!!!Sat at emerge in Espanola the day before for 3 hours only to be told go to a walk in clinic. Horrible service and experience!!!

The staff is punctional and pleasant !as always !Sheila has to the best needle giver.Never a mark just a slight touch.The fact we can make an appointment and their always on time is amazing !!!!

Savannah was great, she made the experience so comfortable and she informed me of every single thing she was doing. The wait time was not bad at all. All staff were friendly.

I had a good experience at the center ultrasound dept. I'm hearing impaired and the receptionist recognized my difficulties. She was a great help - stress free. Thank you!

The staff was courteous, the wait was acceptable. My only recommendation would be to have one person’s shift overlap another’s to allow for proper break & lunch time for your staff. This would also help minimize the wait time.

I had my anatomy scan last week and Sydney was my ultrasound tech. She was really wonderful; she is kind, chatty, and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I’ve been to the south end location a couple of times now and the lady who works at reception has also been lovely.
