NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Pembina Hwy

Worst place to buy parts, and especially if you need to return something - good luck. Nobody wants to do their job at this place and I’ll never recommend it to anyone. I’m now out $120 over a gasket that I tried to return but wasn’t to over a piece of paper it came with. Maybe if the counter staff did their job then I would’ve been informed about the gasket being a final sale before I bought the dang thing. As a mechanic I’ll be doing my best to steer people away from this place.

Had Glenn help me out today, despite the store being VERY busy, he managed to juggle myself and my automotive needs very effectively. Very pleased with the service I received. Thank you Glenn.

Stop by to warranty a tool 3 people in the building none of which apparently could help me. Until I stepped behind the counter to look at the tool wall. For warranty purposes when I was converged upon like I was doing something wrong. I asked if I had upset the guy who came over so quickly and he made it clear that I didn't know my place in the store. I laughed and walked out I've been a mechanic for 15 years. I'm in a NAPA store getting warranty once every couple of weeks.Unrelated rant I've been purchasing tools from Napa similar to snap on in Mac since the beginning. At some point last year it was made abundantly clear to me that if I would like warranty on any of my tools. Purchased over the last week or 15 years ago. I would now have to produce a receipt even though these tools have ultrapro stamped on the side of them. I find this to be both frustrating and annoying as professional brands honour their warranty based on the product. I purchased Ultra Pro product based on the same warranty expectations and promise from the counter people throughout the last 15 years. To be told Napa no longer cares it does not matter what I think or thought at this point.Ive stop purchasing from Napa all together as there is no way for me to keep records. Apparently it's too difficult for Napa to keep their own record like other manufacturers who own computers. CANADIAN TIRE is an easier warranty in my opinion.Just to be clear my rant is not about the specific location. That it's been explained to me that Napa the corporation change enforcement of their policy for whatever their justification. This is not a gripe or beef witb that store directly as to my rant.

Glen is truly good for Napa. His customer service was great helping to find some rare to find parts, some were ordered by Glen and got them delivered just in a few hours - Glen let me know right away. Will come again for more purchases once I need anything from Napa.

Been here a few times for parts in the early morning on my way to work. More than once I have been ignored at the counter. The staff seem to find filling wholesale orders more important than helping a retail customer. It begs the question, why have a high visibility high taxes location if your priority is wholesale? The competitor down the street has much better customer service.

Best customer service i have ever received hands down from any parts store or business all thanks to Glenn. Glenn went above and beyond to help me out and wanted to find the part as bad as I did. Glenn was very knowledgeable and professional. Give Glenn a bonus or pay raise!!!!

Staff, as always, helpful and friendly. Just need to get their order desk a bit more organized. I have an account with them so I can pre-order online. This time, there was no call saying my parts were ready for pickup. Go in, and the front people were not aware that an order had been placed 4 days prior. This time, I was lucky, and they had the parts in store. As of March 15, 2023, prices have almost doubled for parts. What's going on, Napa
