I’m really disappointed with this Dr. and office staff. Dr. not available as you can’t get through to make an appointment! My elderly parents were switched when their Dr. retired. Dad was very sick and was rushed to the hospital twice as he could not get a hold of his Dr. - he tried for over a week. My parents never received any follow up/contact from the Dr. when Dad was in the hospital on either occasion. My dad has since passed away and Mom has yet to be contacted. No empathy? Or maybe the Dr. has no idea of what is happening with her patients? Mom did receive calls from other specialists where Dad was a patient wishing condolences. Looking for another Dr for Mom as this one failed my Dad.

Dr Sabera Ahmed and her staff are absolutely terrible

I switched over when previous family doctor retired. These people never answer their phones and when I finally got through, they gave me an appointment for a referral 6 weeks later. After going to the appointment Sheela blew off my concerns and didn’t want to give me the referral. I will definitely be changing family doctors

The receptionists are so rude. They do not even say hello before you get put on hold. Very frustrating.

Our Dr retired and we were passed on to Dr. Ahmed. No one answers the phone, you can’t even leave a message, promised referrals don’t happen. The office staff here are completely useless and could care less when you do get in touch with them. Unfortunately we are now looking for a new family doctor.

I love Dr. Sabira Ahmed, she is knowledgeable, kind and a great dr.

I showed up 2 hours late and Dr. Ahmed still made time to see me. My toddler and wife also receive great care when we need it. A++
