Excellent people to work with and always do what they can to accommodate on short notice. I have used them several times for cleaning rental properties after tenants have moved out, or for construction cleaning after renovations. Great experiences every time and I will continue to use them in the future.

Terrible people they treat their customers like they are an inconvenience . Called them for my Aunts house who was disabled after surgery we called to set up an apointment and was met with you know I am really busy now and talking on the phone does not help my situation so tell me what the hell you need in little time so I can move on with my day.. I hung up and will never consider them again

I have worked for Diana for almost 7 years. She goes above and beyond for her staff and clients. She has worked along side her staff in clients homes when a staff member was having a rough day, or to just give that little extra sparkle for our clients. She has filled in for staff when they are ill, or when an emergency has come up. She put her life on hold for me when my mother in law was dying. I worked for Diana Years ago. She’s a great employer, when working for her my children were still very young, Diana was always very accommodating and understanding of my situation and always worked with me when I needed time off for whatever reasons. If I could work for Diana again, I would in a heartbeat, I would have to say she was one of the best boss’s I’ve had the privilege to work for.

I contacted this company when I was going through some health issues which made me unable to do any housecleaning. The owner herself came with one of her employees and got my house spic and span and it helped me until I could do things on my own. She was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company for all household cleanings.

Friendly, professional, very thorough explaining the process to me as I'd never had a cleaning company before, and her crew came in on time and made my house so clean and my sink so shiny! I am a new customer, but very impressed and will be continuing services!I'm not sure about the one star reviews from seemingly young people either. They sound really repetitive and...fake? Plus most young folks can't afford a luxury quality service like housekeeping. But I just wanted to point out that it sounds like the same person just repeating stuff. Plus alot of them are males, and typically women do the hiring and reviewing in the service industries. Hm.

I cannot BELIEVE the customer service of this business. Absolutely 0 respect. I cannot stand when a business chooses to not treat others with the respect they deserve. Unbelievable that a business owner could be so rude. I would give no stars if I could.
