Absolutely amazing experience getting my wedding dress at The White Closet! They made me and my bridesmaids feel so comfortable, a glass of fizz for everyone and were happy to let me try on loads of dresses multiple times! Alice was particularly lovely and helped me find my perfect dress. So accommodating and such beautiful dresses. Couldn’t recommend more!

The White Closet was the first shop I visited, they have a wide variety of styles to suit everyone. Between myself and a group of friends - we have all bought our wedding dresses here! The team have been really helpful through out. Definitely the best bridal store in Manchester area - can't wait to pick up my dress next year.

I had a wonderful experience at TWC. Alice was attentive and thoughtful in her approach and made the morning so lovely for my mum, sister and I. I was able to try a variety of gowns and given advice as to how to come to a difficult decision to pick my favourites! I made my second appointment a couple of days later, and I am really looking forward to coming back in.

I had such an amazing experience with TWC. The boutique is beautiful, and has the most welcoming feel. My parents, maid of honour and I felt well looked after the whole way through. My ideas and ideals in a dress where listened to, we had the opportunity to look around and pulled some dresses ourselves, but the dress I said yes to was pulled by Alice. She had amazing taste and knows exactly what you are looking for! The versatility available to make the dress my own and even more unique really blew me away!Throughout the appointment Alice filled me with confidence and answered all of our questions! Honestly if you are looking for your bridal gown, you cannot find a better place! Here the dress is made to fit you, it's not a place where you must fit this dress, which I love!

The White Closet was just a dream.The most beautiful collection of dresses you can imagine. Modern, contemporary but still as bridal as ever. I loved everything about it.No other boutique compares.When I decided to go to TWC, I was greeted with such warmth. Alice was so so helpful, I fell in love with an accessory at first and asked Alice for her advice. She surprised me with an Alena Leena dress which at first I was hesitant but as soon as I put it on I instantly fell in love. Without her help and expertise, I don't think I would have picked my dress.I would highly recommend TWC to any bride without hesitation.Can't wait for the big day.Thanks again Alice for all your advice.

The White Closet was the first bridal store I visited, and the last - I found my dream dress on my first appointment! I couldn't have had a more lovely experience there and I highly recommend it to any brides to be. The dresses are stunning, as is the shop itself, and everyone who works there is really friendly and knowledgeable. I was so nervous about my appointment and had no idea what to expect, but they put me at ease the moment I arrived. My completion appointment was also brilliant, and although my measurements had changed due to me losing weight they were super helpful and gave clear alteration instructions for me to give to a seamstress. The only feedback I could give to make the experience even better would be if they had an in-house seamstress. They did offer lots of seamstress recommendations, but I think their knowledge of the designers, the fabric and the fit was far, far better than the seamstress I went to, and I did find myself wishing that I had someone with that expertise there when my adjustments were being made. That's my only feedback and overall I can't fault a thing - thanks so much and can't wait to wear my dress next month x

Visited the White Closet for my first bridal appointment ever. The dress selection is really beautiful and unique and the service was lovely. I was assisted by Alice who was so helpful and patient - I had some idea what I wanted and they made really great suggestions - including a dress I would never normally pick that I ended up loving. Alice also made suggestions based on hearing me talk about what I loved/didn't like about other dresses, so I felt like I was really being listened to and I was being helped by someone really knowledgable. There was no pressure at all to purchase and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun first appointment :)

I am not sure how many characters I will be allowed for this review, but I will try and summarise my experience at The White Closet as best as possible.The whole experience of finding “the dress” is a daunting one. I, like many other brides, saw so many Instagram posts of people having those “moments” and I worried that I would never find it. That was until I visited The White Closet….It was the first and only bridal shop I visited and my experience from start to finish was beyond exceptional. I arrived with an idea of what I envisioned myself wearing on my big day, but again, I had those thoughts prevail in the back of my mind as to whether that style would suit me. I explained this to Alice, and she provided me with nothing but positive reassurances on that particular style but also pulled out some other alternatives based on her extensive experience.I am a very self-conscious person, so the idea of standing in front of a mirror with everyone looking at me made me slightly cringe inside. However, I was made to feel incredibly relaxed from the off-set to the point where I just wanted to keep going and try on every dress available in the store. The choices that I chose to try were just, WOW, WOW, WOW, and as you can probably imagine, made my choice even harder!I personally just want to thank Alice for everything that she did, as well as continues to do as I get to see my dress again in a couple of months. You made my whole experience incomparable with anything else and thanks to you, I know I am going to look like the bride I always thought I could look like.For anyone who has continued to read this entire review, please visit The White Closet if you are a bride.
