Just ordered 2 Orchard Ladder Bumpers from Falcon, absolutely the best customer service I have EVER had. So quick to respond and efficient. Entire process from enquiry to ordering to shipping took less than an hour. :) Oh and they are by far the best ladders we have ever owned. Happy Customer!

I needed to replace my ladder as it was falling apart. I was able to buy one right away and while I was there I was informed that you can buy replacement parts for all of their ladders. Much cheaper than replacing them.
