So far for me, I have had good service and products, online or in store from this branch at 3175 Hwy 7, Markham. Other branches, I cannot say the same, esp Parkway Mall.

You are better off getting your prints somewhere else. Worst place I’ve seen. Charged me $17 to print a few pages. I got the same for $3 from a different place.Not recommended.

Staff is super slow. They either need to hire more people or train their staff better. I recommend going elsewhere for your printing needs or shipping
