Busy Crocodile Children's Centre

The experiences my grandchildren have had/are having at Busy Crocodile have completely changed my idea of what a daycare can be. I was heartsick when I learned that my first grandchild was going into daycare at the tender age of 12 months but he was immediately received by the tender hands of Busy Crocodile with care and empathy. He grew and he thrived and I was so grateful! The programs and activities provided are varied and stimulating, and the atmosphere is clean and bright and welcoming. Communication with parents is stellar: Reports on each day's events keep the parents very well informed about their child's moods and little things that they do, and are frequently supplemented by photos and videos. Choosing the place where you child will spend so much of his/her day is an enormous challenge, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Busy Crocodile as a safe place where your child will blossom.

We've had our son at Busy Crocodile ever since they opened, and the experience has been incredible! His vocabulary has improved dramatically, he is much more sociable with other kids, and he has so much fun there everyday. He's excited to go each morning, and has met several new friends there. We love the flexibility of the scheduling options too, as it works well for our schedule.

We have our 2 kids at Busy Crocodile and the staff are absolutely awesome!!! Best daycare around for sure!!!

HANDS DOWN, BEST DAYCARE EVER! My eldest has gone to busy crocodile since he was 1, and recently graduated to kindergarten. Our youngest is still going to Busy Crocodile. Marite and Raymond run this daycare with much love, passion, and thoughtfulness. They are always creating new programs and adapting the space/activities to the needs of the children. The staff are patient and dedicated, and I have total confidence in knowing they will comfort and support my kids on those tough morning drop offs. There is a real family/community feeling at Busy Crocodile. They often go on fun field trips, have a music program, and an outdoor forest program during the summer. The fees are super affordable and they are open most of the year unless unlike many daycares. The staff are responsive and reachable when you need to talk to them. We feel like we won the lottery having our kids go to Busy Crocodile. It will be a sad day when our youngest graduates and has to leave Busy Crocodile. They are the best!!

This is a wonderful daycare. A gem in the heart of Port Moody. All of the staff are caring and attentive to the needs of all the children even with the range of ages. There is a mindful balance between play and activity with quiet time. Highly recommend!

our kids just love it there

Busy Crocodile is a really special place, and we feel lucky to have been part of this community for 4+ years with our two kids. Wonderful educators and management are always introducing new things and programs to engage and challenge children. Our kids thrived there and we were sad to leave.
