Justin and the service department team were spectacular, I can not recommend this dealer enough. I had to bring my car from the USA to this dealer for emergency repairs and everyone here worked with me as best as they could from a distance (as I had to travel back to the US) to get my MDX repaired and ready to go. These guys were great and really showed why Acuras are the best.

We were assisted by Brian B. in completing routine and scheduled maintenance of our MDX in addition to other services required for our vehicle. He was very helpful and made sure all of our needs were addressed and taken care of. He also took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Thanks Brian.

Great service from start to finish. Salesperson and the finance department are very professional and never too pushy and no BS. As far as we know their customer satisfaction rating is always among the best in the nation among other Acura dealerships. Service department (Steve and Len) bar to none they are the best, the complimentary Acura loaner is a plus and truly above our expectation of an Acura brand. Don't have anything bad to say about this dealership, truly recommended.

I have been dealing with various Acura parts department over the years. Today I had the opportunity to speak to Acura Newmarket and spoke to Rene he was the best part advisor I have dealt so far. I strongly recommend Stern Acura for anyone shopping for a vehicle. They do not disappoint. Great customer service, Manger and service advisors are very knowledgeable and efficient . Whenever we have had service issue they have 100% come through.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Acura MDX at Sterne Acura. I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire team at the dealership is so welcoming and knowledgable on the products. I felt very comfortable at the dealership as their focus on having a safe and clean dealership, and process, was evident (sign in, sanitizers, masks, sanitized vehicle, plexiglass between staff and customers, etc, A+). Even though it is a brand new, state of the art building, it still feels very personal, like dealing with a big family. I met everyone from the salespeople, sales manager (David), parts manager (Rene), and even a friendly Service Advisor (Steve Jones) who offered to schedule my first service.I look forward to future visits at this dealership. We picked up our new car yesterday and are thrilled with it. This is the third time we purchase a new car through Sterne and the second time we use Michael Buttery as our salesperson. Michael is great to deal with - friendly, and knowledgable. At other dealers I have been made to feel overlooked or less important than my husband ( who in all honesty is the car lover) but I have never felt that way when dealing with Michael. We highly recommend him and Sterne Acura for your next car purchase.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! If I could give Sterne Acura 0 stars I would. They sold the vehicle I was coming to purchase, knowing I was on my way! I was called 5 minutes before I arrived to the dealership and was informed it sold. The manager and associate I was dealing with did not care or show any remorse for the situation. They were rude, smug and demonstrated poor business. Sterne Acura does not care for their customers, putting sales above people.
