Have had my bike there twice. To tune up carb. Still not fixed. Been in the shop total of 2 months. Bring home the second time. Took it out for two little runs two weeks after bringing it home it now won't start. Spending all the money on it and they can't seem to do it. Maybe they just wanna keep getting it back to take more money!!!!RevisedI had gave 1 start before because of the service that I had got the 2 times before. This time the new service Manger Jen had called me herself, for me to take my bike back in. Which I did. MIke the tech that was working on my bike was in direct contact with me with everything that he had done to my bike, further more when I went to pick it up today, he explained what he had done, how he done it. The communication by far was the best. Thank you!!!PS. Ended up being a little more than just the carb. !!!

Excellent dealership. No BS, from sales to service. I've asked for special request engine mods, they were honest I'm their opinion. Which is not the norm. Most would just take the customers money even though it was a bad choice.I've had an issue out if warranty and they took it to Polaris to warranty the part anyways, saving me $500+They will tell you when it's cheaper to get something elsewhere, priceless.I've had an employee go above and beyond in getting me an answer when the normal person was on lunch. Without bothering the person on lunch. The little things make you feel valued. She could have just said we'll call you back and never do so like other places do.I'll be a customer for a long time.

We bought our Polaris Ranger 100 a few months ago, and we have bought several add ons since. Spending no less than $1000 a visit.We have travelled back and forth to pick up items that we are told are ready for pick up. We arrive to find they arent in stock. This has happened several times. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication.

From the first call to the time the tractor got delivered to the ferry, I was extremely pleased with their service. Excellent to deal with especially Ryanwho took care of all the details and 'Sam' who delivered the tractor to the ferry. Special considerations to Heather as well. Great job guys...

Bought our new rzr from another dealership with mixed feelings on customer service. Decided to take advice and contact pattersons for accessories. They had almost everything I wanted in stock and checked to make sure for me. The entire store made me feel like family from the time I walked in. I will be driving the distance to get everything from these guys.

I have been in contact with Sales at the Onslow location inquiring about a new Quad I'd like to purchase but unfortunately all the Salesman is concerned with is do you want it or not" Customer Service is basically non-existent.The other Polaris dealership was very helpful/knowledgeable and I’m happy with the Customer Service & my purchase"

I had an on going problem with my 2018 Sportsman 570 and every time I took it to Pattersons the problem would disappear. This went on for a couple of months and I am sure the service manager and the mechanics thought the old guy is losing it. Well last week they found a broken wire going to the Throttle Positioning Sensor. Once again I was called and to the quad was fixed and it is. I did four trips back and forth to our camp over some very rough trails and the bike preformed flawlessly. Some problems are not obvious and takes time to find them. I thank Pattersons for their perseverance and patience with me.
