Talked with them over email, and eventually realized that I didn't have the lingo down. I went in to clarify some things and ended up with a much better product based on the face to face (with masks!) Interaction. Thanks for all your help!

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this place. They were very hard to deal with and were extremely rude when called to ask for help. Key Industries uptown Saint John were less expensive, polite, and got the job done right.

Wouldn't recommend them for jersey work. Got them to stitch numbers on my jersey and the job was less than impressive. My grandmother could have done better. Any reputable place should know to use a zig-zag stitch, instead they used a straight stitch and left these horrible edges. It may not look bad to most but anyone who knows jersey work knows this isn't acceptable. That edge should be stitched down tight.
