I've come here so many times and every time I feel like i'm not welcome. Staff is always busy talking among themselves and openly making fun of customers they've seen throughout the day. Bathrooms have always been rather dirty and the coffee is average at best.

We went here to get some coffee because it was only our second time in Canada. The coffee place was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be coming back.

I visited yesterday, very surprised to see Only drive through is open. Not sure why they do not allow the dine-in or take out by walk-in whereas every where else it is open throughout the province as restrictions is lifted.

The worst Tim's I have ever been to. Waited next in line for 10 minutes and no one came to take orders. Made eye contact with many employees and it made no difference.

Horribly slow service, drive thru can be over 15 min wait for simple stuff, food isn't any better, had chicken completely dried out couldn't even chew it. Many times had rotten black/brown lettuce, or and yellow green tomatoes, and drowned in sauce to hope u won't notice, avoid this one at all cost.

Best coffee and bagels for mikes a round. Special shout out to the friendliest smiling server Kim ! Sad to find out today that Kim has left ! Unfortunately for Tim’s to loose such a good employee, but I hope she has found something she enjoys !

Okay place. Everything is over priced. Bought a grilled cheese one side of the bread was like dough the other side was hard as a rock and the cheese wasn't melted. The ice cappuccinos are very good just overpriced for what it is in my opinion.

The prices have gone up for the quantity you get , plus service isn't what it was before . Needs more experience supervision.
