We had no clue where to even start, but you took care of everything so we had nothing to worry about and were able to grieve and start our healing without the burden of trying to deal with arrangements. Blair and son are not only a business but they also take care of things as if itwere their own family member . They take care of everything down to the last detail . I definitely appreciate the help they gave us for our Mom .

My brother and I used the transport & cremation services at the Smiths falls location this year after our mother passed away. They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day we had to come and sign off on documents, select urns, and complete everything was very difficult. But I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail.
