New Bubble Tea place in North Burnaby, and I had to try it. It seems to be a new franchise location.I got the mango fleshy tea and it was really good. I'll be back again to try more items on the menu. One critique: since there's limit to 3 groups of people allowed in COVID times, it wouldve been much more helpful if there was a full menu posted through the window.

Great service！I ordered one drink at Kingsway store by mistake and I came to hasting store. I called Kingsway store to ask for refund but they fused because they already made my order. The girl picked up my call at Kingsway showed me attitude and fused to refund.However, the staff at hasting store gave me my drink for free. I am impressed by how amazing their customer services is. Although the price is just less than a lonnie but you have earned a loyal customer!Great customer service experience ! Keep up with the good work!

I got the Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk~ it was super pretty. The cup packaging alone is top notch. The drink had brown sugar pearls, milk, and topped with cheese foam and Oreo crumble. Mixing it together creates this intensely creamy drink! I got regular sugar however I think it needs more sweetness imo. The sugary taste was subtle.The store is a bit small but they seem to serve a variety of colourful and fun drinks and snacks (dorayaki and ice cream). Their other drinks look super pretty as well. Will come back.

Ordered a Large Sago & Tofu Jelly Milk Tea through their app. No need to wait and is ready to pick up when I arrived. Strong taste of the tea, not too sweet (ordered regular sugar). I like the tofu jelly very much, very smooth and will order again.

Refreshing bubble tea. I had the fleshy mango green tea twice. My experience has been great both times. Polite staff and the drinks were made quickly. I'll definitely be back.

I mean, who doesn't love the taste of a Fresh Milk (Oat-Milk) Matcha Bubble Tea with Red Bean.. so in terms of flavour it was super yummy to give credit where it's due.The staff were nice enough to give us a taster of the white Pearls and Boba Pearls whilst deciding and were very friendly. The joint is also in a great location with no other Bubble Tea competors around and is a nice new clean building with good upkeep.However, just shy of 18 bucks for two Bubble Teas (1 x Fresh Milk (Oat-Milk) Matcha Bubble Tea with Red Bean and White Pearls and 1 x Fresh Milk (Oat-Milk) Matcha Bubble Tea with Red Bean and White Pearls) with 15% tip is literally INSANE and a 75 cents increase for Oat Milk per drink (which is awesome they do offer this) when the cup size in comparison to Milk powder is tiny, is pretty crazy to me.If you download their app or sign up on their website they do have a member rewards program which is good and their also on FanTuan.Therefore, in summary it tastes awesome but is super expensive in comparison to other chains which offer the same drink. I'd feel bad if someone treat me to this! As a big Bubble Tea fan, this is definetely not a go-to joint for me.I also do love their designs and recyclable style cups and appreciate what they are doing to help our planet.

I actually tried this place through ubereats because I saw they had a promo, for buy one get one free. Was pretty skeptical due to the fact I'm not the biggest milk tea fan. I ordered the mochi roasted milk tea with sea salt cream/cold foam. I honestly really liked it, l enjoyed the aspect of them using actual mochi in the drink too which was really interesting but it worked. They made both drinks as asked and I didn't have any issues with either. Would recommend to at least give this place a shot, and would order again even without a discount.

I would like to contact them via their website but they don't have other contact information other than a phone number. I ordered F11 Boba Mango Fresh Milk based on the website menu picture. However, the actual Boba Mango Fresh Milk is totally different. See the attached two different pictures. It is not a good experience.I got their feedback after one hour and they will update the website accordingly to avoid future confusion. So I gave them 4 stars instead of 2 stars for this purchase experience.

Ordered uber for 6 cups of bbt.Only 4 arrived and on top of that the 4 sent were wrong and all had the same type of drink but labelled differently. Wasnt even a large order so not sure how it got messed up so poorly

The Employee at the till was extremely rude.We placed an order at 9:45pm by call and picked it up few mins before 10:00pm. The guy at the till in a threatening tone told us Dont you know we close at 10pm" when there were 2 other cutomers who just entered before us and 2 more behind us. It's understandable that closing times and last minute customers can be frustrating. However
