Worst experience ever ! They are rude and not professional. They have no good candidates for surrogate.

Terrible communication. When you call its basically a service and it takes forever for someone to reach back out and its usually by email.. There is no database for donors, so if the person you speak with doesn't feel like she can find a match for you then all communications stops. Pricing are amazing would have loved to have used this company. Customer Service is terrible. When I didn't like the donors I was matched with and asked for more (per email), I was told non matches. When I asked should I check back in a few months. No response.

I don't know why they don't reply to my email. I called the office several times, and nobody responded to me! It's a No responsible company!

I did several IVF treatments using egg and sperm donation in Spain and Greece with no luck. After 8 years of trying, I finally turned to Elite. They were my last hope. I received 4 high quality embryos through their egg donation program and got pregnant on the first try. I delivered a beautiful baby boy in December 2019 thanks to Elite!

After countless treatments and procedures, the staff and doctors at Elite IVF worked closely with us and our local clinic to walk us through the long and arduous process. By far the worst communication I have ever encountered. This company expects you to pay over 20K for egg donation but not delivering even the most basic customer support. I tried to follow up with 3 different people for two weeks when I finally decided to call BUT what a surprise …… It is some type of call center that redirects your calls. They don’t even have an office you can call. When I asked to escalate my requests and have someone to assure me that once I pay for services, I will get the proper communication and service BUT I was told that there is no manager and that they will send me the required info via mail.
