Bosleys was awesome. I received 1/2 off the wash price to wash my dog! So $6.00 included a great elevated, secure wash space, my choice of many shampoos and conditioners, an apron to keep me dry, towels and a blow dryer for my dog. Water temperature was adjustable as the the spray. I found the hose a little heavy but that's my week hands. Staff were very helpful and polite. A great experience. They still have 1/2 off coupons until the end of the month so after this experience I will be going back with my other dog.

I've come in a few times already and the staff was AMAZING! They helped me find what I needed, also a special shout out to Nicole, who has helped me alot with my cat. She is amazing, everytime I see her she is always hard at work with a beautiful smile on her face.

Had to do a return of cat carrying case. Used once and cat actually damaged the case. We had purchased the wrong case for a plane trip. Customer service and discretion used to fully refund our purchase was first class!

A bit higher priced than other pet chains. We buy our dog's joint health supplement here and it works! Such a variety of products and knowledgeable staff.

I am the type of dog owner that likes to let my dog make his own decisions and he loves Bosley's he will sniff and rummage through every toy and treat the employees just say it's cute and they don't mind one bit ... Also they have a walk in bathing area that you can wash your dog in ...

Super friendly staff, I have never been there before and urgently needed for my dog a bath! She got sprayed by a skunk and still smelled a bit after first treatment , nobody had space except them!!!so I tried...and!!wow...10$ for that amazing space, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer all included! I’ll be there from now one a lot!!!!!

TYLER Ripped me off for the Performatrin promotional discount on large bag of dog food. They just lost a good customer. Really disgusted!!
