Terrible Customer service - rude and very uncooperative if this was my company I would be mortified the way they speak to customers. Nasty Lady on the desk…When I asked how are you ... I received silence I thought she hung up. Their production and scheduling is an absolute mess. I actually feel sorry for their contractors trying to do business with them. UNI-LOCK is Better, they are so much more cooperative. Their production is better scheduled and their customer service is much more accommodating and helpful. Do not use PERMACON is a TERRIBLE
