Small store friendly Staff. They had what I needed.Overall a great experience.

Individual at the counter was very dismissive. Not willing to help and makes you feel unwelcome. Spoke and answered questions in a manner as if he doesn’t care, you shouldn’t be talking to him and you shouldn’t be in the store. Website said item was in stock, but he said it is not in stock. He said even if I wanted to order it in, I would have to buy the whole case and not the individual items listed on the website.

Super friendly and helpful staff, worked to get me my order even though the online system was down.

This spot is a bit hidden out of the way but there is lots of parking and it's not on a busy street.It is a little hard to find since it is in an office/industrial zone.The staff are friendly and are helpful when you call. The Napa team is more knowledgeable then most other parts places you could go to.This is a central distribution center so the store doesn't really seem to get busy but they usually have all the parts you could ask for on site.

They hae a larger selection online than in stpre but orders arrive quickly

Needed a couple of hose clamps and rushed over after work prior to closing. Front door was locked, lights on but nobody in the store at 3:54pm. If you’re going to be lazy and lock up early than it’s time to find something with better customer service.

Jeff is the man. Service excellence at its finest. The initial interaction with the front counter person left me irate and disappointed... BUT Jeff stepped in and provided the NAPA Knowhow" that I expect and I am used to... This location has some really knowledgeable people... seems lately though that you have to get pass the knownothing gatekeeper at the front desk. Nevertheless

Drove all the way down here in a hurry because their online hours say they close at 2:00… arrived at 1:45 and nobody is here/ the lights are off. If you aren’t open saturdays it’s super easy to modify your hours on your Google page.

Ordered 8 litres of oil on the Napa website during the these covid crisis. Got a phone call from the Horner store saying my order was ready for pick up. Drove over to Horner, called the store on the phone told the gentleman I was in the parking lot in front of the store to pick up my order. Man asked if had gotten the phone call saying my order was ready? Which I replied that I did. I was put on hold not realizing 3 minutes that I been hung up on. Called the store again was put on hold by another gentleman as the one I was dealing with was on the line on another call. Waited again to realize I was left to hang as I could see them through the window. I waited for another 5 min outside to see if someone would come out with my order. No one came. I went to dealer got what I needed and got my job done. Napa you will not be seeing me or my wallet again. Rather pay a bit more but get good service.
