Covid city ... All about money to this owner. Went to by a new battery and sorry I went. This store was shut down last summer for 2 weeks for braking Covid rules and maybe should be again. The way they have set up the store for Christmas shopping is ridiculous. Cant walk from automotive to customer service desk with out walking past people waiting for a till while the self serve tills are empty. This owner is hoping we all do our own check out. The front of the store has so much shelving its impossible to get around, 12 people waiting for 3 tills.( I think 4 have been removed.) 12 people waiting for help at the service desk with one girl working. parking lot has several shipping containers in the center of the lot taking up all the parking. Its all about money to this owner. Only time I will come back is to drop off my used oil for recycle.

On my visit I was there to purchase a battery for a vehicle. Parts counter staff were helpful. The process was fairly easy. I did find there to be a lack of selection. Pricing was reasonable but a little on the high side compared to other battery sale stores. Building was clean and inviting.

Auto desk is incompetent beyond belief. Usually retail ignorance is masked in manners and customer service skills. Not in this case. Rude and indifferent, if you hate your job that much just quit!

Always find what I need here with good prices. One stop shop for many products in house. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Clean location with variety of items for purchase. This location had a relatively bigger clearance section that most Canadian tires I’ve been to (but I haven’t really been to a whole lot) just make sure you really check the item out as they will be final sale. Some are great finds and others is a bit trashed so definitely make sure you inspect the item you want. This is definitely one of the better locations we frequent though. We haven’t had many interactions with staff and often choose the self check out aisle for ease but otherwise the staff seem decent!

Went back to this store for a price adjustment on some items I had purchased online. Customer service told me that because it was in the Big Red Flyer they couldn't price adjust. My items were purchased in the 14 day window which you can show original receipt for price adjustment. After asking to speak to a Manager they decided to honor the price adjustment. Shoutout to Filip in Online ordering for all the help, Thank you.

this canadian tire has such a welcoming energy. when i walk through these doors i never find myself scared to ask for help if i dont know where an item is or ask for a heavy item to be carried to my car. the cherry on top of this canadian tire is their warehouse employee arran. arran has never been anything but kind and you can tell he really cares about this establishment. it also helps that he’s very handsome.

Kahnu, who works at autopart is truly the best employee.Even though I arrived just before 9:00 PM, he sincerely helped me, and the parts I bought were so heavy, he even brought two rotors to the cashier.Indeed he made me a delightful evening.

How far in reverse Canadian Tire has gone. 30 to 40 years ago Canadian Tire was the laughingstock of the automotive parts and tools retail supply chain. Over time thy got a little better. However now it appears they have gone back in time to what they were in the past. They have de-evolved. Only 3% of the staff at best have any knowledge of products. To many gen Z who ate just stockboys at best. I even saw 3 of them during an evening shift playing hide and go seek. I mean Really. In addition, when ya want ownhOh and watch out for the plainclothes so called security. Wannabe toughguys. More like couldn't be anything else. The Woke mentality has to go as well, for all staff.

Absolutely terrible customer service. So I had gotten a couple of spray cans of automotive paint and needed to switch two of the cans for the other color that I bought. I bought two different colors. I didn't bring the receipt with me. My phone had died so I couldn't pull up my app. So anyway, well that's to say that while I was in trying to change just the color of the cans paint. And I'm not talking about tinted paint, they come pre-mixed in the colors that I'm talking about. They wouldn't do that for me. I couldn't believe it. I was very upset!
