We had a Delta Touch technology faucet installed in our kitchen a year ago. Recently it stopped working. Called Masco and they immediately knew the issue and assured to send us a replacement Solenoid assembly.Even though it took a while, Komal Sharma (Masco) stayed with me via email and made sure we got the part.Top notch service. Impressed.

I had a problem with my Delta faucet and contacted Delta who forwarded me to Masco Canada. I was emailing Komal who gave me some troubleshooting steps to find out what was wrong. It was determined to be a solenoid that turned the faucet on/off by touching it. Komal sent me a new solenoid and the problem is fixed!! Excellent, quick and efficient service from Masco Canada. Thank you, Komal.

We had one of the handles of a bathroom faucet that the thread became stripped. I contact them and they we extremely helpful if identifying the parts needs and sending out replacement pieces. Their customer service rep Komal was very helpful and went beyond the norm to help us out. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Ten years after installing shower units in both of our bathrooms, we encountered a problem with the hand shower attachments coming unhooked and falling. We contacted Delta and they promptly sent replacement units. We are so impressed by how solidly they stood behind their warranty and we were very happy we had kept our original receipts. We will definitely buy Delta products again!

I ask for replacement for my leaky delta shower and tap sensor kitchen faucet, it took almost a month cause she said she need to order the parts for the faucet. When it finally arrived I got the wrong parts and when I emailed them they said I have to buy. During the time I ask with delta , in 1 week I have the parts. With the price your telling me to and not under warranty , I will definitely buy a new diff brand of faucet . What happen to warranty only for parts that never broken.

Worst place - totally unreliable! My delta touch kitchen faucet stopped working just before the holidays. Reached out for help and was met with nothing but upselling and silence. Tried calling but could never get through, wait was excessive, online chat not available and emails unanswered! This went on for days because I didn’t want to pay $250 for a “part”; waste of time. Will never buy any brand name they sell cause the customer service was deplorable! They should be ashamed and the customer needs to be aware. If you value your time and money, shop products not represented by Masco.

Warranty issue on my faucet after less than 4 months with a brand new product. Parts not available being advised to contact back after three weeks. Checked back in after more than one month and told to check back in three weeks. Terrible customer service as is not my responsibility to check back every three weeks until this company figures out how to order a part and have it shipped to the customer.

Masco is the parent company of Delta. I purchased a Delta Faucet from Lowes I told Lowes my faucet was leaking and they told me to contact Delta who is Masco Canada. I contacted Shirley on Monday and told her it was leaking in the area of the hose. She told me she’d send the part out A cartridge arrived They sent a plumber out to install it. My cost was $169.50. The faucet still leaked at the hose. Plumber said I need a new faucet. I called Masco back and spoke to Karen. She said she’d send a new faucet out to me. She had a supervisor call me about the $169.50. He called and said he was sympathetic but he didn’t have an account to reimburse me the funds. He said he could upgrade the faucet but I needed the money back to pay for a plumber. I then received an email that I was to return the faucet to be inspected by their lab. Lowes offered no support at all.
