I've been here 3 times. The first time, the pricing was a little higher then my other spot. NpThe second visit they were closed when they were supposed to be open with a bunch of angry customers waiting... they did not reopen until the next dayThe third time. They charged me 38 dollars for the exact same thing I buy at my other spot for 18 dollars. I enquired why and they told me taxes. I went back to my other store. 18 dollars.Totally unprofessional business.

Went inside just to look around and walked out with an amazing device for a really good price and of course wonderful customer service experience. The staff who work there knows what they’re doing, very friendly, enjoying their job and place has a really clean environment. Probably would recommend!!!

Very welcoming staff, had a problem with my device and they were able to walk me through all steps on solving the problem. I would definitely recommend going this place they have very friendly staff and good prices!

The customer service is amazing - Keisha is my favorite there but everyone is super friendly and helpful too. I would go out of my way just to get my products from the vapr room. Luckily they make it easy with multiple locations. Their new south store has to be my favorite decor wise but every location I've been too is clean , bright, with an amazing selection! I recommend going there and checking it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Very friendly and energetic staff. The staff on shift were happy to tell me a little about the business which opened 2 years ago and offers a wide range of vapor hardware and vapor juice. The prices are very reasonable and the layout is spacious with bar stool style seating, fos ball tables and a few flatscreens to watch sports or Netflix while enjoying your vape session. :)

I will never go back to this store. Twice now I have been caught having to pay a 30% tip when I never selected it. Staff turn their machines around after hitting the tip button. So if you're not watching carefully you will be paying more than you are wanting to. Why should someone get a tip for spending 30-45 seconds with a customer.
