Imelda, the store manager offered exceptional customer service! I was visiting Banff and didn't have time to purchase a shirt. I called, and she organized for it to be shipped to Montreal for me. She was organized, kind and very professional! Great experience!!

I’ve had one of the best customer service experiences ever. I live in Quebec and I bought the wrong shirt size as a gift to my father. The manager made everything to accommodate me and she sent me a new size. I thank her for her kindness and excellent service.

My wife and I went to the store this past Sunday while visiting Banff. We were greeted by very friendly staff including two managers who were approachable and attentive. We will be back again!

Best customer service I can say I’ve had. There was a slight mix up in shirt sizes and the manager worked incredibly hard to get my shirt swapped from provinces away. Incredible effort, quick and easy. She went above and beyond. One happy customer and her father. Thanks again.

I would like to say imelda the manager is awesome she went above and beyond.A item I wanted happened t be out of stock for a online order for one of my 2 orders and she called immediately made things right did a substitute and my order shipped without any delay.She's a awesome manager cares about her customers.Definitely i will be coming back
