Saltcraft Meat Co.
Used the Calabrian Chilies & Garlic on a pizza. I shred 3 oz of the meat on top of red sauce and added sliced Spanish onion and fresh mozzarella with a little Italian Bliss. Cooked at 600 degrees on Broil King Keg. It was outstanding. Great meat.
