Nice place warm atmosphere and you can try a hookah! Fair prices. The chicken sandwich is unbelievably good and big. Lots of specialty drinks. Friendly staff. Worth a try .

Food is horrible. Beware! Found out about the restaurant from Uber eats buy 1 get 1 free. Got the bechamel pasta (1 chicken, 1 beef), 2 burgers, 2 um Ali. Offered from Uber eats for pickup, they took over 30 min to prepare food. About 10 minutes over the your food is ready notification from Uber. The chairs were very worn in the store. How horrible was the food you ask? The bechamel could not be eaten. It was dry, and lacking bechamel sauce. Presentation was disgusting. The burger was messy, the beef patty was crumbling, toppings were stale. As for the um Ali, officially the biggest disappointment. It was horrendous. I am at a loss of words. Add milk, don't burn it to a crisp, it was punishment eating this. Too much bread. Please don't feed white people this food and try to pass it off as arab food. I will never eat from here again. I am certain this restaurant will not last long. Shameful.Update:The restaurant did actually send a $23 coupon on Uber eats, and I do believe they would remake my order, thank you; however, the food was so bad, I will not be taking you on your offer to replace or use the coupon. Sorry. It was beyond horrible. Between 2 people, we were not even able to finish one burger, and half bechamel and 1 um Ali, we threw out all the remaining food.

Food is pretty good but the customer service is almost the worst ive ever experienced. Would recommend the servers write down their orders so that it doesnt take 20 minutes to sort out the bills. Will probably just do take out from now on.

Took 30 minutes for 2 drinks and they messed one of them up. Meanwhile, it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. No apologies or anything. Instead was offered a free waffle, which nobody wants. Would not recommend this place. Had a bad experience. Drink was mediocre as well. Wasted a good 30 minutes.

Very good staff and friendly service .Offered a complimentary blueberry donuts on our first visit.Its a perfect place for hangout .Will definitely visit again

Got Crazy fries and their crispy chicken sandwich. Fries were ok. Nothing great about it. Sandwich had a foul smell to it. Wouldn't order again.

Came here after seeing google reviews and this place deserves 5 stars! The person who served gave suggestions and made substitutions for me as well. The drink was heavily filling and not to sweet tasted fresh. The steak pie and mushroom beef burger were fresh. Presentation was great and got to sit in nice place too. Asked for free wifi!Super friendly people. Best halal food in London. Family friendly as well even though there is shisha. But it’s super friend and family oriented ! Loved it

Goes beyond the stars! One of the best places in London for hanging out and chilling. The food is really good, specially the Karemela special burger and the original spicy burger! I’ve also tried their waffles, and it’s just perfect taste and presentation wise! Not to mention the great staff, everyone is so friendly and attentive to the costumers. Definitely would be coming here regularly!♥️
