A massage from Shannon really makes a difference!I didn't even know I had all the sore spots she finds!She uses different techniques for different sites and problems, really effective.Will continue to go here.

Shannon has been awesome in working me with over the years. She has always taken the time to understand what my problems are, and how they have changed depending on what's going on in my life. She has a positive attitude and I've always appreciated how she can read my mood and understand just how much I can take when I see her. I would recommend her any day!

Well Kneaded Massage Therapy
Highly recommend if you need a deep massage or just a massage in general. Been a few times myself and the wife has been going here for years. We have tried going to others around Lake Country/Kelowna and Shannon is the best. Very professional, knowledgeable in what she is doing , great/relaxing room set up and private.
