The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the plans and phones. She knew plenty about the phones I was interested in. Gave me a sheet with all the plan information on it for me to take home. Service was great. Pricing for plans was higher than my original phone company though, only downfall.

Worst experience ever with a telecommunications company. Robbed us of money, applied it incorrectly, setup the plan wrong and left us on the hook.

Koodo (Telus) not honoring device protection, would not recommend buying, Have spent over 5 hours summiting info online to them. They keeping adding something to do then at the end , they say problem you have to resubmit everything including affidavit and government issued ID several times. When I called Koodo they can only schedule a call back two days later.

Jade waited on me at the Koodo kiosk, and he was very helpful! That’s my only experience with this kiosk. (I have been a pre-paid Koodo customer for many years, use the on-line service, and am very happy with what I have. These 5 stars are for Jade.)

Been with Koodo for a few years now. Never had an issue. Not interested in having the 'latest greatest ' phone, so some really good value and plans on phones that are a few months 'old'.

I can not say thank you enough to the staff at the Kelowna Koodo kiosk. I have very limited knowledge when it comes to cellphones, but they took time and patience transferring data from our old phone to our new phone even though it was a very lengthy process and wasn't done easily. They never rushed us or gave up. You guys are the best when it comes to customer service.

I don't know much about this kiosk, but I want to especially thank Sequoia for setting me up with Koodo. She was extremely helpful and patient in navigating the whole process. I'm saddened that this place was not a restaurant because then I would have been able to give a 30% tip for the help and service she provided. Thank you very much again.

Had excellent service but sorry did not catch the name of the person who helped me . Have been with Koodo for 4 yrs and always had excellent customer service.Have to go back to this Kiosk today as some $$%*&*(() stole my 6hrs new phone. Called Koodo customer service and they helped me by allowing me to pay my tab on that phone on my next bill and can get replacement phone todayHave also converted 3 other people to join koodo they too are extremely happy with the companyExcellent work from this Kiosk yesterday
