Very clean, neat, and well organized Centre.Reception staff are very nice and friendly,My therapist was lushia very professional and gave a real deep tissue healing treatment.Expect some appointments changes or cancelation, though.Surely recommended

I have gone to Erin many times for my back, neck and knee issues. She is always super helpful and very professional. She makes sure to understand the problems I need treated and goes above and beyond to make sure that she can help. I would highly recommend Erin as a massage therapist!!

I love Pivotal Point and have been going to see Erin on Wall St for the past year now. Erin is excellent in her profession and not only has helped correct a lot of shoulder and back issues that I have had for years, she also educates you on posture and gives you exercises to complete at home so that any future damage may be reduced significantly by your own work. I will continue to be a client here for years to come!

Dana and her team continue to deliver some of the best Massages I have ever had and I’ve been for many of them over the past number of years. They are very thorough and never rushed, very conscious of pressure ensuring to apply just the right amount. I always feel better when I leave and appreciate the full benefits for days to come. Pivotal Point Massage Therapy
Wife and I went for a massage while on our honeymoon. We both had girls who would NOT STOP TALKING! I am not paying top dollar to hear about every little detail of a young girls life. I want to relax and enjoy the expensive hour I am paying for. Also they are not properly trained as we both had issues with how little they worked our muscles. She is a Masseuse and I have had hundreds of massages but this ranks way low.

I have had couple of sessions with Tamara so far and can't wait to be back for more! Tamara is friendly and professional and can easily get deep in those tight knotted muscles. The two-hour deep tissue massage was amazing! Thank you for your hard work! Pivotal Point Massage Therapy
Had a full knee replacement and had some issues with scar tissue from years of wear and tear, after months of physio and numerous visits to a different massage therapist I was still getting pain and difficulty walking. I made an appointment at Pivotal point massage and in one session my pain and discomfort had gone, this may sound unbelievable but it's true. I've had three sessions now and feel great. Dana is professional and knowledgeable and a credit to her profession. Totally recommend booking an appointment.

I can honestly say I have never had a better quality massage. Pressure was just as I requested and all of my sore areas were left feeling great! The service was also extremely professional - I felt very comfortable. Too bad I am out of province or else I would definitely be a regular customer here.

I had a massage with Chris L last week. He takes the time to get to know what's going on with his clients, is very professional and has a very unique approach to his treatments. I felt amazing after I left his treatment room! He has a lot of modalities that he's blended to make a treatment plan that fits just for you! 10/10 recommend taking the time to see Chris. You won't be disappointed!
