Was helped today by kevin and Shay. I had called earlier and Kevin was extremely helpful in trying to help me fix my problem and then I went in for a new sim card.Shay looked over my plan and made sure I was getting the best plan possible.Overall, great service. Nicely located right in the front of Portage place!

Staff totally fudged my new contract with them. Expected me to drive 2 hours to present ID after already doing so when signing up for the phone. Even going as far as shutting down my phone when I would not comply. Avoid this place at all cost. Many places to go near by that will treat you better.

I was charged $43 connection fee for PREPAID plan. I was promised that this connection fee will be waived for me and given me back in my next bill. And guess what? They didn't do that. I claimed about this and they promised again to give money back for me. And guess what? They didn't do that.

Worst service ever. Waited almost an hour tone served. Salesperson didn't even acknowledge me.Kept having to re-enter data. Don't recommend.

Personally, one of the best customer experience so far. Though the store is a very small Kiosk, but it has excellent sales and service(s). The manager of this store is really helpful, knowledgeable and tech-savvy.Virgin mobile in my opinion has the best customer service, both for in-store service and on-call service. I am customer of Virgin Mobile for almost 3 years now, and I am a proud promoter of the brand.Keep it up guys!Thank you.
