I reached out to Mike to discuss options for a new floor in 2 connected rooms. He was incredibly considerate and patient and didn’t put any pressure on us. He was honest and it was truly a pleasure working with him! The day of installation, a highly skilled installer spent hours carefully cutting the edges of our new plank flooring to fit all of the jagged edges around our rooms. When Mike came on site the day of installation and noticed an issue with our door clearances, he went out of his way to obtain custom doorway strips to ensure that our doors would all function properly. I absolutely, without reservation, recommend Watertown Flooring for any floor project!
