Little Monkeys

They used to close at 7pm. Now they close at 6pm. I asked the reason to management. A man came to me saying we close now at 6pm. Maybe for 3-4 weeks not sure yet but you know holiday. I told him usually holidays thats when parents are more flexible to take out kids later after work, you know you finish at 4pm grab the kids something to eat and leave. Was making a regular conversation. Saying other places closes later.The man says If you want to cancel your membership you can cancel it and leave. I was suprised with this comment. I looked at him i told him so you don't care about your client feedback? He shake his elbow like he doesn't care i told him alright got the message and left. Told everyone there that if they are not happy they can cancel the membership. Management doesn't care!Really disrespectful!The only reason I was going there is because it's closer to my house. Other than that the place is small, the playground isn't special enough ( the kick ball inside the playground are really hard, I've seen kids getting hurt and we did tell management about it , didn't do anything )I know few friends that had few arguments with the management(same man) never had any argument until today! December 2022Place needs more maintenance - but hey who am i to say anything.

Place has went down since recent ownership change. Kitchen staff need more training on their menu or need to bring out a new menu. Chantal and one other lady from previous ownership are amazing.Tables and bathrooms are not being attended to/cleaned as before.Suggest installing carpet or some foam around the play structure. With kids running wild in socks, at least once a visit I see kids slipping from the hard surface, including mine and it’s a HARD fall.I’ve witness the owner belittling their staff in the open and brought the poor girl to almost tears. You can tell she was fighting it.

We used to come here all the time before covid and we just got another years membership.Very reasonably priced by comparison to other indoor playgrounds and unlike other indoor playgrounds, parents get in for free.Nut free, gluten free and halal food options are available.Space is smaller than other indoor playgrounds, but as a mother of small children, that's actually a great thing. I can have my daughter in the baby section while keeping an eye on my 3 year old while he runs.It could use a bit of a face lift however... I've noticed it's the same paint job and even the same cork board boarders from when it was Monkey Around. That's just aesthetics though, otherwise we love it at Lil' Monkeys and plan on getting great use out of our membership.

I brought my daughter and niece for a day of indoor park fun. My sister and I had planned on staying longer but sadly after 2.5 hours we had to leave. We arrived around 11:30am and it was the perfect size for our girls aged 2.5 and 3 yrs. Around noon we were told by the front staff guy that the kitchen person was running a bit late and would be in by 1pm, otherwise he could offer us the pre-made snacks and drinks from the menu. We said we would wait as the girls wanted a pizza and we were eager to try the chicken bacon wraps. At 1:30pm there was still no one. I went back to the front staff guy and this time he said she had gone to Costco to get supplies. I said in a place where people bring their children it's not good timing to leave at lunch especially since no outside food is permitted. He said he would see if he could find other staff to make us a pizza, which he never followed through on. We left at 2pm to eat elsewhere and there was still no kitchen staff at that time. I am really hoping this was a one time experience and not a regular thing because the girls had fun. So I give this place a 4 otherwise if this is a regular issue then it should be lower.

We recently had our son’s 5th birthday party here. Communication was amazing and faculty was clean. We booked one of the four party rooms with the standard package, party host was super friendly and quick to act on everything we ask. We had kids 4-6 and they all had a great time.The climbing structure is a bit smaller than some other places but still kept the kids busy. The jumping pillow was a huge hit and a fun experience that all kids loved.Since they are a peanut free place they have a nice menu, and you can add some other food at a reasonable price. All the food we had was good, kids loved the cotton candy.We would recommend Little Monkeys for your next birthday party.

We hosted our 5 year old’s birthday at Little Monkeys this past weekend. The kids had a great time playing on the structures and on the jumping pillow. The space was clean and well-lit, the birthday party room we had (Orange) was spacious and full of seating, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. As an added bonus, apparently their pizza is my son’s new favourite! Overall a great time!

The place is good and in comparison to other similar places in the city, this seems inexpensive". Parents don't pay entrance.I think it needs a little more attractions.Maybe tables with games

I recently organised my nephew's birthday party at Little Monkeys play school and it was an excellent experience. The play area was vibrant and well-equipped, the party rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I would highly recommend Little Monkeys to anyone looking for a great place to host a kids' party.

I just had my daughter’s 5th birthday with 20 kids and it was amazing! We booked for the deluxe package and it was worth it. The staff were so friendly and helpful with our needs. It was the was the perfect place for a big birthday party. When we arrived everything was set and for the kids and the host Kyla greeted us to make sure everything was set up for the day. The food (pizza) was made fresh in their kitchen. I would recommend this place and will consider again for our next party. Everyone had a blast and the parents were thrilled it was organized.

My little guy loves this place. He’s an active 2.5yo and Little Monkeys has just enough to keep him occupied without being overwhelming. Kind of disappointed that it closes at 6pm on weekdays but when asked we were told it was a staffing issue they’re actively working on and were offered to be reimbursed our membership if this inconvenienced our family. We didn’t can’t cancel because we like to go whenever we can and the staff has been very nice and good to our family.Thank you for being such a warm and welcoming place for my little guy!!!
