We just had a very smooth and worry-free move with the help of Navy Seal Transport.Firstly, they contacted us and gave us a very fair quote. We had horrible experience with other moving company before so we were very careful with choosing one now. But they provided reference and let us trust them.Secondly, the driver and his partner were friendly and professional. They are ready to answer any questions and did their best to help us.Finally, even though we are moving across provinces, we found that none of the items were damaged from the transport.We highly recommend this service and would use again if we move.

Had a great experience with Navy Seal transport. I was hesitant to hire a mover and especially without seeing someone in person. Dan took the time to meet me and answer any questions I had.Overall a great experience. The price quoted is what I paid!

Worst move of my life, and being ex-military, I have had a lot of moves. The owner Dan is totally unstable and I felt very threatened in my communications with him when he did not fulfill our contract. He uses high pressure tactics and is absolutely unreasonable. Demanding that I insist the bank release the keys to the “ not yet my home” because he had demands he did not account for on his time even though our delivery date was for in 2 days time. The degree of harassment was overwhelming and as a nurse I deal with a lot of pressure. If you are looking for a professional efficient moving company, this is not the company you are looking for. I really satisfied this company. I moved from Calgary to Saskatoon and it was my best moving ever. Dan is a professional person and his staff are professional too. They pick my stuff with 1 hour delay but it worth to wait for them even more. My furniture arrived in my new home before me.

When I first did my search online for finding movers to transport my home items from Calgary to Toronto, I spoke to a few movers before I first spoke to Cory (Sales Rep) and he was great to talk to and something really struck me to engage more with them and get a quote. Then I got the chance to speak to Dan (Owner) he was easy to deal with as he set the right expectations on price and delivery timelines. In fact, a lot of movers just give a generic quote, whereas Dan did a virtual video tour to see the kind of things we are moving so that he can give the exact quote. I was happy to work with them all throughout and even Alex (mover) was so professional in organizing my home items and it all arrived safely in less than  6 days. They are professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and someone you can rely on. I highly encourage anyone moving local or national to use their services and they will be a delight to work with.

Dan, the Owner, came to our rescue when another moving company (Pegasus) left us high and dry. I put a request out on a Saturday night looking for a mover for Monday morning as our Possession date was coming close and the first company I hired did not show up and no one contacted me.Dan gave us a lump sum guaranteed estimate and said he could pick up in Saskatoon and deliver the load, split between Edmonton and Calgary.He came exactly on time , early in the morning at 7:00 AM, loaded in half an hour and was gone.Half the load went to Edmonton and the other half to Calgary. All of us at pickup and delivery ends were extremely pleased with the quick service, no damage and easy to work with company.Dan even moved some existing furniture out of the house in Edmonton before moving new items in.He was awesome to deal with, pleasant, professional and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would do it and for the price quoted. He was a lifesaver for us.Navy Seals get the job done! Big thanks to Dan and his helpers.

Came a day earlier than the promised date for accommodating other customer, left us strangled in the hotel without compensating; the owner Dan is very rude and intimidating after signed contract, over promising but under delivery, mattresses are all wet along with damaged furnitures. Very disappointed, will not use or refer to anyone.

Excellent service, they picked up our belongings from lower mainland in BC and moved them to Calgary. They arrived in both locations within the window of time they specified and were very good in working with us on where to place the items in the house. Communication was good, never had any issues there. Would recommend this business for local or interprovincial move.
