End Of The Roll Flooring Centres - North Vancouver

I purchased a new laminate floor a couple of weeks back now, and now that it has been installed, I am VERY happy with the final product. A great improvement on my space.

First time we have used End of the Roll for carpet/underlay at one of our apartments but highly recommend. Maureen delivered first class, attentive service. My only issues: the shortage of inventory and high prices. Some carpet store sells full rolls at prices similar to remnants at End of Roll. I would reduce the laminate flooring display section and expand carpet to stay true to the name.

The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming, both by phone and in-person. They’re helpful, knowledgeable, honest, truly excellent customer service.I needed an odd sized, heavy-duty underlay for an area rug, and they advised me of the best option given my situation (e.g. freezing cold tiles without proper insulation), and I couldn’t be happier with their recommendation and willingness to cut it to the exact size I needed.I’d highly recommend getting products from here, and I’ll continue to go back myself. I came to End of the Roll back in late November, my dad's spare bedroom was flooded (white carpet) and his stair carpets needed to be replaced from years of wear. I’m busy as a general rule like most people these days, and I didn't want to mess around with too many options, but Maureen picked up on that right away. She guided me to the color options I was looking for, pointed out the differences in quality and functionality (waterproof backing for the bedroom in case it happens again) and she came up with cost breakdowns on the spot. I made my choices and she sent me away with fresh samples cut directly from the rolls.I narrowed it down and she met me at dad's the following week to take measurements. My dad has dementia and Maureen was so warm, patient and thoughtful with him, which meant the world to me. We ordered the carpet choices and Maureen set up the install for us through Windmill Flooring, who did a fantastic job as well, moved the furniture and everything - I didn’t have to lift a finger.The carpet quality was top knotch, the prices were incredibly affordable and most importantly, it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 100% pain free. I highly recommend Maureen and the whole team at End of the Roll, North Vancouver for their stellar service and products without any hesitation.
