Fond du Lac Family Dentistry

This was my first visit with Family Dentistry and I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone and the communication going on between co-workers! I was super impressed with the girl who cleaned my teeth! All-in-all it was an excellent experience!

What can I say…I had the very BEST experience today at my new dental office. I had excellent customer service right at the reception and throughout my appointment. I was made extremely comfortable by Lori, who examined my gums and teeth, and took the time explaining what she was going to do and was very sensitive to any of my concerns. She used excellent technology in diagnosing my dental problems and treated me with utmost care! Dr. Jake, DDS super nice and also took his time with me on what needed to be done in the future. Searched for a pediatric dentist to get our daughter in immediately with no avail. One call to FDL family dentistry and we were seen within hours. They were gentle and great explaining every step of her visit. They even helped find a more suitable dentist for her age and future needs. Kudos! Thank you so much!

Every single member of staff was very kind to me and made me feel extremely safe. I have lots of anxieties with the dentist and I felt very comfortable speaking with all of the staff. I called with an emergency pain visit and left feeling soothed, comforted, and knowing that I was no longer going to be in pain for much longer. The staff had a lot of knowledge to share. The dental hygienist and the dentist were very very good. However, one receptionist there is very unprofessional in her job, and is very “all over the place!”

If you're a senior I would not recommend this place.Per their own website, there's a 5% discount for over 60, and another 5% discount for check or cash.Everytime I've gone in there I've been ripped off by one or other of the discounts.I actually had to have the dentist go up front and have them give me my 5% discount on my $1,500 bill.If you have a health savings account with a debit checking card, which is a direct withdrawal from your checking account, they won't give you the discount.And somehow now they're not giving me the over 60 discount.Again, both stated on their own website.The first time I was in there the grey-haired lady at the front desk had a big smile on her face and seemed quite amused at some ladies distress at not being able to afford treatment.Really need to work on their billing and customer service skills.

The only place in town where they don’t just care about $$ they care about the patient. 1000/10 would recommend
