Steve's Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning

I needed my ductwork and vents cleaned for the health of my daycare staff and children. I was talking with the company for 2 months before we were able to set something up. There was 2 price increases by the time they finally showed up. They show up for the scheduled cleaning and said the job was going to be to hot and hard to do. They then quoted me a third time to do the job. I ended up calling Royalty Air duct they came out in a couple days and finished the cleaning in less then 2 hours and was cheaper then Steve's company initially quoted me.

My Tech was Nicole and he did a very good job on my air ducts.He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing all while training a new hire..he took before and after pics/video and sent them to me for my personal records. I will definitely be using them again and I recommend them to my friends.

Steve’s company is super pro, super polite, super experienced. Was very respectful of our house and family (newborn in house) and was incredibly accommodating with moving vehicles and being considerate of a not ideal situation (having to be quiet when cleaning). We feel very happy we went with them and highly recommend to anyone in Michigan!!

Steve’s Company is great. They’re very professionals and do an amazing job. I have hired them for couple of different locations and they surely didn’t disappointed me. Not only I liked their quality of work, I also liked that they’re up-to-date on the way they give updates on work orders as well as they way they do their billings. I found Steve on Groupon. He gave me a great deal on my 2 furnace 3000 sq ft home. He arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, did a great job on the cleaning, and did my dryer vent for free! I was so pleased with his work I sent him to do my daughter's home and will be scheduling service at my Mommy's home as well! If you care about the healthiness and cleanliness of your home, call Steve because he does too!

Honest & great prices. Steves prices are nearly half of what the competition charges. Get an evaluation from him and one from other companies like prostar and see for yourself. The only thing is that his company is small and though he has the equipment to handle most air duct systems, there are limitations when it comes to very specific systems that deviate from the standard. If that is the case, he will be honest with you and let you know he can’t do it. You can tell that when he does a job, he does it well.

Great service! I got the carpet and air duct cleaning. Steve was very flexible when setting up the appointment, and very accommodating to last-minute schedule changes that I had. During the job, he never hesitated to explain anything that I had questions about and he was very thorough with both my carpets and vents.If you're about to move in to a new house, I would strongly recommend Steve!

Steve and his helper are so respectful . I am so happy with the service that I received. They are on time for the appointment. They even have text reminder which was amazing. They even took before and after pictures for me and even took their shoes off at the door to show respect. I will make sure I maintain my ducts with them here on out. I am a first time ‘dryer duct cleaner’ and am so glad that I choose Steve’s company. They were running a little late (at their previous job... I think this is understandable in this type of service industry)... but yet they were so thoughtful enough to keep me absolutely in the loop (via texting). Upon arriving they took off their shoes and immediately went to work. They took before & after pics to show me that it had been a good idea to get this work done. After finishing in each area (laundry room & then along the duct line in the basement).. they were thoughtful enough to vacuum any mess. Thank You guys.
