Exceptional service from Polina in the front and Colin getting the job done. Best price on tires and wheels by far. Under promised and over delivered. Colin fixed things that I had struggled with for a long time, electronics that drive me nuts. I highly recommend OK Tire and their excellent staff.

Made an appointment online to have brakes looked at. Arrived 10 minutes before appointed time, and were told we had no appointment. Showed the lady at the desk the message from the online booking confirming we had the correct date, time and location. She looked at it and said Okay I GUESS we will squeeze you in".( Aren't customers annoying?... Eye roll).*Strike 1.They didn't tell us

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was able to bring my tires in right away and they were very quick and efficient at getting them installed.

Not happy with the price of a simple oil change. My fault not asking ahead of time. Also, 3 techs didn't know how to change a light bulb.Never getting my money again.

Update to our initial 1 star review provided below. I had contacted OK tire to advise about the situation and the Google review They advised that their service technician are trustworthy and that they did trust them to tell them if something happened, but that accidents could happen.They had cameras that were reviewed and still couldn't provide more context of what happened. After the email exchanges they offered to pay for the damages. They were quick to respond and we do appreciate this offer. We are still not sure if we will use their services in the future or not.Initial review below: We were advised that OK tire knows how to properly change Tesla tires, however we encountered two issues. While we have no proof and only our word, our trunk was not gaping like this before we dropped it off and we would have noticed this. Our assumption is that when the service tech placed the two tires back in our trunk (after swapping them) they tried closing the trunk and then forced it when it wouldn't shut, causing the damage. The service guy advised us when picking it up that they noticed this damage before starting the service"

Moved to Cochrane 5 years ago and used OK tire for a alignment. After that I’ve continued to use them with our two vehicles for all our tire related needs and mechanical. They’ve also done a number of custom request for my 4x4 build.Ok tire know their clients by name and it’s got that small town vibe. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I’ll continue to use them for my vehicle repairs and maintenance.

I was there yesterday for an emergency tire replacement. Got an appointment the same day. The reception staff was really nice and went all his way to help me out. Very happy with the first class service. I paid $77 for two tires replacement + balancing, not sure what other places charge.

Colin and team are great! They’ve been quick, well-priced, and had great communication on anything from routine tire swaps to more obscure issue diagnosis

We highly recommend OK Tire in Cochrane. Polina's customer service at the front desk is second to none and extremely pleasant. Service was quick, efficient and fairly priced. They fixed our Saskatchewan tire and had us safely on our way in no time flat. Thank you so much.
